Where does strategy stop, and execution begin?
At Blue Field Agency we believe Strategy and execution run simultaneously; data from execution is needed to build strategy. Execution is more efficient with strategy. A strategy creates focus for the company, like which customers should be targeted and what unique selling points should be communicated about the product. The strategy then has to be translated into tactics, which describe in detail what activities have to be performed. Execution comes in to actually make it happen and report about the results.

Why does this matter?
